Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Shideler, Indiana, and graduated from Northside High School in Muncie, Indiana. I went on to earn an associate degree in preschool teaching but eventually found my way into the world of hearing care by happenstance. I’ve been in love with it ever since!

As a Patient Care Coordinator, my daily responsibilities include appointment scheduling, assembling hearing aids, assisting walk-ins, handling deliveries and repairs, and checking patients in and out.

What I love about my work is the people; being part of such a fantastic team makes my work feel more like play sometimes. Helping people each day with hearing care and getting to work with such a wonderful team ensures that my days are fulfilling, and I always go home feeling accomplished.

In my free time, I enjoy attending festivals and concerts!
