I grew up in Anderson and pursued my education at Ivy Tech Community College. My journey in the medical field has been extensive, and I'm well-versed in billing, coding, and handling insurance tasks essential for our office's smooth operation.
Each day, I manage billing, coding, claims filing, and credentialing, as well as handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and help patients who walk in. I’m often one of the first friendly faces you see when you come to visit us!
What I truly love about my work is the flexibility it offers. The camaraderie with my colleagues, the challenging tasks, and the positive work environment all contribute to the growth and learning opportunities I value greatly.
Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, indulging in crafts, and spending time with my children and grandchildren. I also love to travel and explore new places.
