Dr. Emily Kiser Au.D.
Audiologist
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My academic journey took me to the University of Alabama for my undergraduate degree and later to Purdue University for my graduate studies.
I wanted to find a field that combines healthcare, science, and personal interaction, and during my education I was led to the world of audiology. I discovered that this field allows me to seamlessly integrate all three, which is incredibly fulfilling!
In my day-to-day role, I see patients for hearing tests and earwax removal. I also provide hearing aid services, including fittings, adjustments, and cleanings, and I counsel patients on tinnitus with options for managing it.
What I love most about my work is getting to know my patients and assisting them on their journeys to better hearing. The collaborative work environment is fantastic, and my supportive coworkers are also a joy to work with.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets: our dog, cat, and lizard. I also love cooking, reading, and engaging in puzzles or games of any kind!
