Joyce has been with Family Hearing Care since 2018. She has been in the medical field for over 25 years working as an office administrator and patient coordinator. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College in Anderson, IN with an associates degree in applied medical science. Joyce’s expertise is in medical insurance and billing.
